Owen Skeen (he/him) is a writer, artist, and union organizer. His multidisciplinary practise engages theoretical and practical intersections between art and insurgent political action.
Owen is currently serving as National Treasurer of the Canadian Federation of Students, for a 2025-2026 term. He previously served two terms as President of the Student Union of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, from 2023 to 2025.
Owen’s art practice is critical, post-contemporary, and future-oriented.
